Assessment - How to add a question to a question bank category?

Step 1- After creating a “Question Bank Category”, click on the category where you want to add a question

Step 2- Click on “Add Question” button on the top right corner of the page. A form to add question details will be displayed. Enter the required details and click on “Save” button.

It will re-direct you to “Question Type” tab from tab section. Here you can select a question type and add options for the question

For a correct option tick a check box of “Correct Answer” just below that option.

Step 3- Click on “Save” button

A question would be added successfully
