Step 1- After getting logged in, kindly click on the “Coaching” module in the left menu options.

Step 2- Click on the “Feedback” card on the left panel. List of all created Feedback will be displayed.
Step 3- Click on the “Add Feedback” button on the right top of the page. “Add Feedback” popup form should be visible.
Step4- Fill all the required fields and click on the “Submit” button. Feedback will get added successfully
