Step 1- After getting logged in, kindly click on the “Coaching” module in the left menu options.

Step 2- Click on the “Assessment” card on the left panel. List of all created assessments will be displayed along with the Business dropdown.
Step 3- Select a business for which you want to add assessment.
Step 4- After selecting a business, click on the “Add Assessment” button on the right top of the page. “Add Assessment” popup form should be visible.
Step5- Fill all the required fields and click on the “Submit” button. Assessment will get added successfully
