A review policy for an asset enables the admin to get review alerts on assets which are due for review
Step 1 - Click on “DAM” menu item on the left side bar. This will display all the sub options in the right panel. Click on “Manage Asset” card
Step 2 - All assets which are approved will be displayed. You can filter the assets using the filter criteria displayed in the left panel
Step 3 - You can click on the review icon on the desired asset card. This will open the review form where the review policy can be set. The review policy will comprise of next review date, asset owner and mode of notification (SMS, email or app notification)
Step 4 - After entering the details, you can click on “Save” to save the policy details.
