EEP- How to add users for PMR and DAC approval in a particular EEP Cohort?

Step 1- After creating a cohort, kindly click on the “Enrol” tab on the tabs section. Enrol page will be displayed.

Step 2 - Under enrol tab there would be four buttons on the right top of the screen they are:

Enrol Download Upload Bulk Upload

Click on “Enrol” button two types of enrolment options will be visible on your screen i.e. Manual and self you can select any one way of enrolment. Note: after enrolling through any of the following options you need to mark PMR and DAC as “y” for each enrolled user.

Manual Enrolment:

Step 2.1- After you click on “Manual” option, Manual enrolment form will be displayed. Step 2.2- After you click on “Select Users” textbox list of all the employees who are not enrolled in that course will be visible. Search users you want to add.

Note: You can search users by their ECN or Email_ID or Name.

Step2.3-After you click on the “Add User” button. Users will get added successfully for PMR and DAC approval and will be displayed under the

“Enrol” tab of the cohort “Criteria Status” as Fail

Self:

Step2.1- After you click on “Self” option, Self enrolment form will be displayed.

Step 2.2- Under self click on “Settings”, a popup form will be displayed. Enter all the required details and click on the “Save” button.

All users added by self enrolment for PMR and DAC approval and will be displayed under the“Enrol” tab of the cohort “Criteria Status” as Fail
