Step 1- After getting logged in, kindly click on “Settings” module in the left menu options.

Step 2- Under settings click on “User” card. List of all the created User(s) will be displayed.
Step 3- From the list click on edit icon for the user you want to map to already created trainer card. “User Management” form will be displayed with check box for all the roles in the system.
Step 4- Click on the GBH check box.
Step 5- After clicking on GBH check box “Add” button will be visible click on the “Add” button.
Step 6- After clicking on the “Add” button, select type dropdown list will be visible. Select “Sub department” option from the list.
Step 7- After selecting “Sub department” option form the least one more dropdown list will be visible with list of all the sub departnents in the system.
GBH role will be added to the user successfully.
