Learning - How to enrol multiple users at a time to an Online Course?

Step 1- After creating a course, kindly click on “Enrol” tab from tab section. Enrol page will be displayed.

Step 2- After you click on “Bulk Enrol” button. Bulk enrol page will be displayed where you can add a file with the list of employees to be enrolled.

Step 3- After you click on “You can drag and drop file here to add them” you will be directed to File Explorer, from which you can select the desired Excel file.

Step 4- After selecting an Excel file click on “Upload” button.

List of all the employees from the list will be displayed along with the status. All valid employee records will have a status as “Valid”.

An employee record can be displayed as “Invalid” for the following reasons: a. Employee already enrolled b. Any field as per the template is empty

Step 4- After checking the status click on “Submit” button on the top right corner of the screen.

All employee records which are marked as “Valid” will be added to the employee list and will be displayed under “Enrol” tab of the course where you have added them.

All the content and assessment added to the course under which you have enrolled the user will be visible to that user. The employees’ record with “Invalid” status will need to be uploaded again after making the necessary changes in the data.

Follow the Steps 1 to 4 to upload the invalid employee list.
