Step 1- After getting logged in, kindly click on Settings module in the left menu options.

Step 2-Then click on Employee card on the left panel. List of all the employees will be displayed.
Step 3- Click on “New Employee” drop down list on the right top of the screen click on it and select “Upload Employees” option. Upload employee page will be displayed.
Step 4- Click on “Click here to upload an excel file to add or update employees”. This will open a File Explorer, from which you can select the desired file.
Note: The template provided to you has a column “Is_User” if the flag for this column will be ‘y’ the employee uploaded would become a user as well.
Step 3- Click on “Upload” button. List of all the employees from the list will be displayed along with the status. All valid employee records will have a status as “Valid”. An employee record can be displayed as “Invalid” for the following reasons:
a. Employee already exists (based on ECN, Phone No) b. Any employee field is empty
Step 4- Click on “Submit” in the top right corner of the screen. All employee records which are marked as “Valid” will be added to the employee list. The employees records with “Invalid” status will need to be uploaded again after making the necessary changes in the data.
Follow the Steps 1 to 4 to upload the invalid employee list.
